ការភ្ជាប់រវាងប្រព័ន្ធ Primero​ នឹងប្រព័ន្ធ OSCaR

ប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងករណី Primero ដែលក្រសួងសង្គមកិច្ច អតីតយុទ្ធជន និងយុវនីតិសម្បទា បានប្រកាសឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ ជាផ្លូវការ ដែលឧបត្ថម្ភគាំទ្រដោយអង្គការយូនីសេហ្វ ឥឡូវនេះប្រព័ន្ធនេះអាចអនុញ្ញាត្តឱ្យប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងករណី OSCaR ដែលប្រើប្រាស់ដោយអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល ដែលជាសមាជិករបស់គំរោងថែទាំកុមារក្នុង គ្រួសារជាអាទិភាពចម្បង (Family Care First/REACT) តភ្ជាប់បាន ហើយការតភ្ជាប់រវាងប្រព័ន្ធទាំងពីរនេះ នឹងជួយពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងករណី កិច្ចការពារកុមារនៅកម្ពុជា កាន់តែបានល្អប្រសើរ។ ប្រព័ន្ធទាំងពីរនេះទទួលបានការគាំទ្រផ្នែកថវិកា ពីទីភ្នាក់ងារសហរដ្ឋអាមេរិកសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍអន្តរជាតិ (USAID)។

តាមរយះវេទិកាប្រកបដោយនវានុវត្តន៍ ក្នុងការធ្វើប្រតិបត្តិការរួមរវាងប្រព័ន្ធទាំងពីរ ហៅថា Open Function (OpenFn) ពេលនេះបុគ្គលិកសង្គម អាចបញ្ជូន និង​ទទួលករណីរបស់កុមាររងគ្រោះ និងងាយរងគ្រោះ ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងសុវត្ថិភាពខ្ពស់។ ការភ្ជាប់រវាងប្រព័ន្ធទាំងពីរ នឹងជួយដល់ការសម្របសម្រួលជាប្រព័ន្ធ រវាងដៃគូពាក់ព័ន្ធ​ ក្នុងការបញ្ជូនករណីដែលរក្សា បាននូវការសម្ងាត់ ការផ្តល់សេវាឆ្លើយតបដែលមានគុណភាពជាងមុន និងទាន់ពេលវេលា ការរកឃើញករណីស្ទួន និងការផ្តល់របាយការណ៍សម្រាប់ទូទាំងប្រទេស។ បុគ្គលិកសង្គមដែលទទួលសិទ្ធិប្រើប្រាស់ប្រព័ន្វនេះ នឹងអាចទទួលបានព័ត៌មានរបស់កុមារ ដើម្បីធានាថាកុមារអាចទទួលបានសេវាចាំបាច់នានា ។

ក្រសួងសង្គមកិច្ច អតីតយុទ្ធជន និងយុវនីតិសម្បទា ស្នើដល់អ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ប្រព័ន្ធទាំងអស់ បន្តប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវការអនុវត្តដ៏ល្អក្នុងការគ្រប់គ្រងករណី និងស្តង់ដានៃការរក្សាសុវត្ថិភាពទិន្នន័យ។​

សម្រាប់ព័ត៌មានបន្ថែម សូមទំនាក់ទំនងមកនាយកដ្ឋានសុខុមាលភាពកុមារ នៃក្រសួងសង្គមកិច្ច អតីតយុទ្ធជន និងយុវនីតិសម្បទា។

Interoperability between Primero and OSCaR goes live

Interoperability and connection between Primero and OSCaR is now live, strengthening Cambodia’s child protection case management system. Primero launched by Ministry of Social Affairs, Veteran and Youth Rehabilitation (MoSVY) as a digital child protection case management system, supported by UNICEF is now interoperable with OSCaR that is a case management platform of NGOs and CSOs, particularly the Family Care First-React network led by Save the Children.  Both Primero and OSCaR systems have been financially supported by USAID.

Through an innovative interoperability platform called the Open Function integration platform (OpenFn), MoSVY social workers can now send and receive referrals of cases of vulnerable children in an efficient and highly secure manner, and vice versa. Primero-to-OSCaR interoperability facilitates a systemic coordination across partners with confidential referrals leading to better quality and more timely services, enabling robust nationwide reporting of cases and reducing duplications of effort.  This means that authorised professionals will be able to access confidential information on all vulnerable children, ensuring that they do not fall through the cracks.
